My Creation Station

Hi Ladies

Here is my "messy" Creation Station brought to you from Georgina in Boston, Lincolnshire.

My oldest son has left home so we now have a spare room. It's only small but at last I can call it my own "Creation Station" oh as well as a "Gym".

Q: How long have you been crafting?
A: I started when I was about 14/15 years old as my mum is a crafting lady herself. Now at a ripe age of 43 I'm still going strong and have broaden my crafting to various levels.

Q: What is your favorite J & C Product?
A: Well I bet everyone is finding this question hard to answer as J & C Creations sells some many lovely products. I love using Spellbinders & Heartfelt Creation Dies as they can always be used for any project. Not just using card but also material. Recently I have been using Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pens to colour in my stamps. I have gone mad using them, so much that I sold all my promarkers and now collecting Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pens.

Q: What is your favorite topic?
A: "Girlie Cards". As I love adding flower embellishments and ribbon to my cards.

Q: What was the first craft product you ever bought and why?
A: "Various Material". What do you mean I hear you say! When I was younger my nan used to look after me in the school holidays and she had alot of lavender growing in her garden. So yes I used to sit down with her and sew lavender bags using various colour and types of material and sell then at craft fairs.

Q: What inspires your projects, how do you start them off?
A: I like to get inspiration from other blog sites I am following or if I like a stamp or digi stamp and colour them in I will then use contrasting backing papers and card to build up layers. Recently I went into our local craft shop and bought different MDF shapes and made various plaques which I will be displaying on my blog. (prettycards4you).

Happy New Year Everyone !!

Hi everyone

Hope you all had a good Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all !! Here is a card that I have made in 2013 with all my new products I got for Christmas!!

I have found a site that has amazing digital stamps and here she is. You can find her on Saturated Canary. I have coloured her in using Tim Holtz distress Inks. The backing paper is from Magnolia Tilda and all the other items I have found when clearing out my craft room. To highlight some of the bubbles I have used small rubber sticky feet. For christmas I received a bow maker which has made my life so much easier !!
