Simply Magnolia Challenge

"Something cooking in the Kitchen"

I have choosen the theme "Cooking". I have used 3 Magnola Stamps. Magnolia holding a wooden spoon, The kitchen sideboard and the Chocolate Chip Cookies receipe. I have used a brown checkered backing paper, this reminds me of a table cloth and have made a pocket for the Chocolate Cookie receipe to go into. I have also used wooden letters for the "eggs", "Salt" and "Flour" words.

I have stamped 2 different sentiment tickets and distressed them as well as using a Magnolia dollie for the backing. Just looking at this card makes me hungry!!!

For this challenge I have added different textures and techniques. On my card I have used Hessain, Dollie, and I have wadded a piece of material to put my Magnolia Tilda on. So I have given this card a padded card effect.

The ABC Challenge

"M for Magical"

I wasn't too sure what I could do for this challenge as there were so many ideas going around in my head. I decided to use the colour purple as my magical colour. I used 2 different types of backing paper and stitched around the edges. I used the "Magical Mushrooms for the background scene and used Butterfly Tilda as my fairy. Embellishments were flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and I also used some beads to highlight her wings. Hope you like her as much as I do.
